In the last week of February we were pleased to host representatives of IALE-Europe in Warsaw: Veerle Van Eetvelde (President), Simona Grădinaru (Secretary), Wenche Dramstad, Isabel Loupa-Ramos and Werner Rolf. Apart from the annual live meeting of IALE-Europe Executive Committee, we also had a preparatory meeting for the next year's congress. Representatives of all bodies involved in the organization were present (IALE-Europe, PAEK, IGiPZ and UW). It was a great opportunity to exchange ideas in a wider group and share experiences from organizing previous IALE European congresses. There was also time to show our guests the main Congress venue (the old UW library). In the last two days we made a tour around potential places for hosting IALE-Europe course, traditionally associated with the IALE Congress. The winner is the European Center for Geological Education located in Chęciny in the Świętokrzyskie Mountains.
